ive replaced one meal(usually lunch) with one(lunch) or two(for dinner) home made wraps.
Take on 12" or 8" soft tortilla , take one slice of fat free cheese wither orange or white- your choice, split into thirds and lay them diagonal on one side. put lettuce or bagged salad(thats what i used) to your taste on there.
drizzle small amount of fat free italian or ranch dressing on it, fold the bottom up and wrap the sides in(like an open end burrito.
I couldnt believe i lost a little weight just doing that... but after all it beats french fries!
