Welcome to ConnectGeneva!
Click the links below to learn what's happening in Geneva, to be connected to resources, to find information and videos from community agencies and individuals, and to provide feedback about needs or issues you believe need to be addressed. Our goal is to bring people (virtually) together during this unusual time. You are not alone.
These are the people in your neighborhood!
Just because we can't go out doesn't mean we can't stay connected. Local agencies and individuals have been producing content that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. From wellness classes to Geneva history to books being read by your neighbors, there is lots to see and do! If you have a talent, story, picture, or video to share, email email@example.com or call (315) 333-0339 (for English) or (315) 333-0382 (for Spanish) and someone will be in touch (not literally...we have to follow the physical distancing requirements!).
Connect to Services
The Geneva Community has many resources available to help you get through these tough times. If you need assistance, please make use of these resources. If you have assistance to offer, please visit the Volunteer page. Please check back regularly for updates. You can also visit the Other Resources page for direct links to each agency.
Staying home is the best way to help the community, but even from home there are ways to help people stay connected!
Some agencies are also looking for volunteers to help with things like food delivery, supply pick-ups and other things that are outside the home. If you are not a member of a vulnerable group, are not sick, and have not been in contact with anyone who is sick, then your help might also be needed.
We want to keep you connected to other service providers in Geneva. Here's a list of agencies that remain open, grouped by category (though we know that some agencies serve more than one function). This list will be updated as the City's COVID Task Force receives more information from our community partners:
