Not only does he NOT have to prove that it was false (his statement is self-evident), a perusal of The Mechanic's past posts, clearly supports the notion that he grinds a strong axe concerning Mitchell, both personally and, by extension, professionally.

The very definitions of Malice AND reckless disregard.

The only question is a matter of determining the extent of damages, if any.
