What about the 5 MILLION+++ non- tax paying welfare recipients that have used those roads/schools over the past 50++YEARS!!??

I think they should let go ALL NYS DOT and School Maintenance and Landscaping staff go and require ALL welfare recipients to fix the roads and landscape, clean, and do maintenance at all NYS public schools in order to receive their benefits on the 1st and 15th..... NO WORK = NO CHECK!
