In my opinion, 4leaf diet is not a diet, it's a permanent lifestyle change.
The main idea of nutrition like this is to eat plant-based foods.It includes all fresh fruit, greens, legumes, vegetables, nuts, seeds, potatoes and whole grains.
I don't see anything bad in it. As for me, well, I work as an essay writer and I spend an entire day at office, so, for me healthy-eating is very important. I've been eating healthy food since I was college student.
You know, our ancestors were eating the same kind of food as 4leaf died offers. All wild animals also eat mainly like this. They all are full of health, they are free from all human diseases, and they live longer than domestic animals!
