Obviously I mistakenly put the bathroom rugs in the dryer and I just realized that some of the backing is now on the tile floor and stuck!!. Any ideas how to get this off. Elbow grease doesn't work....thanks...

Oh must be your rug wasn't completely dry. Try some floor cleaner that you have for the tile.

Try Goo Gone. I swear it takes everything out.

Heat it with a hair dryer on low. Remove with a wooden paint stick.

use a paint scraper, or a plastic one for putty if you are worried about scratches. That and the goo gone combined should do it. Any residue and you can just.......Cover it up with the rug!!!LOL \:D

You are right hairy one. But it also leaves a real slippery spot that is hard to clean.
