I do know that piss pot isn't yours, at your age, your aim is off, and you miss, maybe you should sit down to pee.

Not to change the subject in the middle of such an exciting exchange of views, but what's the big deal about elongated toilet bowls? I see a lot of these advertised. Does the shape allow you to squeeze more payload into each flush, or what?

The elongated bowl, allows older folks like festus and his MIL, a little extra room. I have installed them in both my bathrooms, so they will be handy when I am as old as Festus, and I don't think I will ever be that heavy.

We went with the "universal Rundel" as Ranger suggested. The only difference is that we got one with the 3 1/8 throat instead of the 2 1/8. All the better for when Buddy stops in.

Darn, wish I had been watching this from the start - too funny. But maybe I could have put in my 2cents worth too, my daughter just got back from Kohler, WI for a seminar on Kolher products. She is the showroom manager for Northrup Supply in Oneonta and sells LOTS of toilets during the year - we call her the "Potty Queen".

I bought a Kohler. Quality stuff! I know this sounds stupid butt the design/technology has improved greatly. We purchased a chair height model. Its seat is 17 in off the floor. You probably wouldn't like that.
