I need some outside work done to my house this year before the snow flies. Hopefully siding or at least painting, but before that is done I need new soffits. I've called 3 contracts who immediately came out to estimate, but only have received one estimate and it's been 4 weeks! Can anyone tell me of someone who is reasonable and does good work in a timely period? I live in Seneca Falls....if that matters. Thanks!

Call Randy Warne from Willard area or ask Anthony at Traders Village for a reference for his team- they do great work and are very versatile. Don't have his number handy, but he could be MacDougal-he lives near Sampson State Park.

Ron Smith did our soffits two years ago. If I remember correctly he was from the Romulus area. Awesome job- he had his work cut out for him, as we have a big house and at the time it was very cold out. He pre-painted all of the lumber in our garage first as we would not have been able to paint it until summer. He got an estimate for us right away, worked diligently every day to get the job done (sometimes having to bang ice off of the scaffolding so he could climb it!) and I never heard a complaint or anything from him. He did quality work- worth every penny. If you haven't found anyone yet and want me to see if I can find his number just let me know.

He put in an instantaneous water heater for me. Fast estimate, fast work, and a good price.
