I left a comment on the blog, but for some reason it isn't there as of yet. Anyhow, i like the recipe for the ribs and plan on using it this coming weekend when we celebrate my daughter's college graduation.
Another suggestion to those who crave grilling your Sunday feasts.....Hot Turkey Sausage!!! Aside from all of the better health benefits (less calories, fat, etc...) the taste is great.
I found that the trick to cooking great sausage is to turn them on the grill every 4-5 minutes. This will equally brown the food as well as cook it evenly as well as toughen the sausage. (trust me, I know about burning food on the grill, or as I like to call it "cajun style!"

not to change the sausage subject...but......how about a recipe for venison burgers!? Anyone got a good recipe for that?! I know you need to add something like ground pork to them, so they don't dry out.
