Well I've been looking at the almighty turkey hunter today who happened to brine himself with wild turkey last night and I'm thinking that just the Wild Turkey the animal is best.

All things being equal, I'd rather not hunt and Drink the Wild Turkey!!!

livin...let you in on a little trade secret. While I'm Drinking the Wild Turkey, it make the recipies that much more interesting. the only downfall to that is that I dont exactly remember how much of what I put in.

I'm jonesin' for ribs now! They look great.

It was excellent!! The only things I did differently was add another clove of garlic and omit the celery leaves (didn't have any). Oh, and I might have added extra wine.
