Dug the Crock-pot out earlier this week to do a potroast.
Going to experiment a bit today with it.
6 frozen boneless chicken thighs
a packet of taco seasoning
a cup or so of medium salsa
chopped bell pepper
I'll toss in some chopped olives too..
We'll see how it all comes out in 8 hours....
Now if I can figure out how to do jerk chicken in the slow cooker...hmmm I have all-spice somewhere...
