I am going to be brave and try a whole chicken in the crock pot. I put some of the marinade under the skin and just rubbed the rest on top of it. I used rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. And I also put fresh rosemary, thyme, and lemon inside the bird. We'll see how it comes out. I put it in at 3:30, it is on high for now, and then I will turn it down around 5:00. I'm making one today for my grandparents to eat tomorrow, and then I'm going to try another for us tomorrow night. Hopefully it turns out good.
