Sunday I made Lasagna Rolls and Homemade Garlic Knots
Filling is ground hamburg browned and grease removed, spaghetti sauce, ricotta and parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and spices to taste. Cook lasagna, cool, lay out and spread ricotta cheese on lasagna noodles. Place ample amount of stuffing on end of noodle and roll. Place on cookie sheet, top with Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce and into 300 degree oven to warm and melt cheese.
Garlic Knots are made with my pizza dough recipe with garlic powder, and italian seasoning added. Allow dough to rise and punch down, roll and stretch individual dough pieces, tie in knot, place on cookie sheet and baste with melted butter/garlic. Place in 375 oven for 12 minutes, remove and baste againBon Appetite
