Sunday I made Lasagna Rolls and Homemade Garlic Knots
Filling is ground hamburg browned and grease removed, spaghetti sauce, ricotta and parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and spices to taste. Cook lasagna, cool, lay out and spread ricotta cheese on lasagna noodles. Place ample amount of stuffing on end of noodle and roll. Place on cookie sheet, top with Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce and into 300 degree oven to warm and melt cheese.
Garlic Knots are made with my pizza dough recipe with garlic powder, and italian seasoning added. Allow dough to rise and punch down, roll and stretch individual dough pieces, tie in knot, place on cookie sheet and baste with melted butter/garlic. Place in 375 oven for 12 minutes, remove and baste again
Bon Appetite

Looks nice. Need some green though a little Italian parsley on top of the lasagna. And some string beans on the side sauteed` in a hint of olive oil and minced garlic until just fork tender.
Made scallops and shrimp with pancetta, roasted red peppers and fresh basil in a cream sauce over vermicelli pasta. Side salad with Italian and crumbly bleu and crusty garlic bread mmmm.

I know it was directed at me,no problem. Presentation, making food look good is important. And what is wrong with suggesting a vegetable be served? Sorry teedoff I didn't mean to start WW III here.
