*2 cups of coffee with splenda & cream (I'm working on the cream thing but SHEESH...milk just doesn't do it) *1 bowl (1/2 cup dry) hot cereal (high fiber and protein) made with water and extra cinnamon and a bit of splenda...and 1/2 tsp of cream...I could deal with milk here, just didn't have any *1 salad made with bagged lettuce, leftover shrimp, chopped assorted veggies and a dressing made with artichoke/red pepper stuff and a little of my regular vinegrette because I'm TRYING to cut down on my salad dressing calories...but I HATE bottled dressings especially low-fat ones because they are ALWAYS too sweet! *1 glass of Crystal Lite Red Grapefruit drink
