I think if there is actually something interesting to note in all of this nonsense that's been posted in response thus far, it's that a news outlet labeled "workplace dissatisfaction" as "whining." Seems strange that the reporter in question, rather than reporting the facts of the study, would decide instead to editorialize and label individuals who are not happy at work "whiners." Maybe he just loves his job. But maybe he's biased toward business. Either way, it certainly takes away from the actual information presented by the article.

Well, pretty much every single industrialized nation on the planet has a better health care system than we do. Even CUBA has a better health care system than we do - and lower infant mortality than Washington, DC, to boot, which is ironic...
If the French are unhappy at work, I suspect it is for the same reasons many americans are unhappy - they are probably treated poorly by superiors, have shoddy child care programs, and probably are working too many hours for too little pay. I don't really get why they elected that right-wing freak, but ah well...

I understand that we are 37th in the world when it comes to healthcare...sandwiched in between Slovenia and Uruguay.

On the domestic agenda health care reform is the number one priority of the American public. That is why it has never really been on bush2's agenda. He did do a preemptive strike by creating his Medicare pill benefit that really only benefited the pharmaceutical industry.
