and to answer your question: The Greatest Common Factor is the factor that shows up the most in two or more numbers. For example, the GCF of 12 and 30 is 6. A good way to find the GCF is to list all of the common factors.For example, the common factors of 12 and 30 are 2, 3 and 6. Six is the gratest,
so it is the gratest common factor.
