They need to cut down on the errors. That's a crazy way to start the new year. It's very hard for a major league pitcher to get 3 outs in an inning. If you constantly ask them to get 4 or 5, you won't have a very happy pitcher.

They need to pitch better collectively.

Maybe the thing with Alex is his trying to be so correct and having to say the right thing-not just him, just about everyone has the canned responses....just be yourselves....hell, give me the 77 and 78 Yankees.....alot of egos....many personality clashes....fights in the dugout...Munson, Jackson, Martin, Goose et al...they didnt give a damn who thought what of them, and they still won. They just were themselves...we laughed and cried along with them...god love the old Bronx Zoo.

Not worried about Mo....more worried about the mash unit they have as a pitching staff. Clemens cant be too far away.

He has benn arguably the best right handed pitcher in the majors the last 3 years. If he ever got any run support in Huston, he prolly would have won 2 more Cy's.

Pitching once every 5 games at home-ONLY, for $4 mil a month????

YOU CAN HAVE 'EM!!!

Things keep going like they have this month, you're gonna have to suit Whitey, Larsen and ...throw the Gator back in to pull this mess together!

I'm serious...he was expected to do what he is doing now...maybe not on this pace, but damn close to it. Giambi went thru it, Hell even Jeter went thru it a few years back and got booed...its what is expected of an organization that expects to be world series champions based on the fact that they have won more than any other franchise...they just dont hope to make the playoffs..are we spoiled? Perhaps, but i'll take winning anyday lol

Agreed but, he did this his first year. He won the MVP. If we would have not hit the home run yesterday, would you have booed?

...driven deep to centerfield, Sizemore going back...way back...C_YA! A walk off 3 run homer for Alex Rodriguez! It's pandemonium!

With the hitting they're getting, Schilling could pitch for them and they could still get the win. Haven't heard much from the A-Rod bashers lately. Must be he's doing something right!

I like the Ortiz/Posada commercial. I'll bet Big Plapi would love to wear that Yankee hat on a regular basis!
