I am getting bored in the kitchen and making winter meals. Anyone have any good and different recipes.
Tonight I am making my buddy's favorite.

Pork chops (grilled)
Asparagus
Spicy grilled potatoes
Applesauce

Homemade Tapioca Pudding

tapioca is wonderful with strawberry or raspberry jam on top.

I never tried that. Thanks. I'll give it a try tonight, with some homemade Strawberry I have left. It sounds good. I love it on my cottage cheese.

WTL mmm that sounds better then my pork chops.

Flank steak cooked in my large skillet with olive oil, garlic, onions and mushrooms. Then after the steak is pulled I add red wine, tomato paste and some tomato sauce and make a kick ass red wine sauce. Cook some linguine with some nice home made sauce and a good garden salad and fresh baked Itl bread and all I have to do now is wait for the wife and daughter to get home.

My chops are grilling. But, I think I'd like your dinner much better. Wouls you mind giving us your homemade sauce recipe sometime?

i did velveta mac and cheese 9gross but hubby got it for the free "Scene It Jr." disc)

tomorrow i'm not sure but sunday i'm making homemade pizza and wings (and we're not evne watching the super bowl!).

Do any of you watch the Food Channel ? They have some lucious recipes on there, and make them look so good. Wonderful ideas...

Beef tips over noodles

1lb bacon chopped up
1 red onion
olive oil..cook all this together,add s&p and parsley
1-sirlion steak cut in small pieces,add to bacon and brown
a handful of flour to that mix that all up,add
one container of Swanson's beef broth
bring to boil..

one package of wide egg noodles,cooked
pour beef mixture ontop of noodles,bake at 350 degrees for about an hour covered..YUMMMMMMMY..this is one of Emeril's!

who the heck thinks about dinner this early? It's Saturday - my dinner recipe is : RESERVATIONS...
now I just have to think of a place...I have kids so I'm not going to Nonna's or Pronti's...I hate FastFood....ummm...Red Lobster sounds promising.
