LAZY LAZY LAZY LOL For the first 18 birthdays of my life my Mom made me Beef Stroganoff and she ALWAYS made it the night before and it was awesome!!! The left overs tasted even better too!

Stroganoff always does taste better after it sits. So many dishes do as I'm sure you well know. and yes...Lazy it is. But I have so much to do before church on Sundays...shower, prepare the prayer lists, Sunday School prep so when we have these lunches one Sunday a month...well it's just better if I can do the bulk of the work the day before.

HP actually when I opened the left overs from my sisters there was a little bit of potatoes left and it tastes just as good if not better the next day.... so you will be safe making it the day before for your church luncheon. Also you can try cooking it 1hour 45 minutes the day before then cook it at 350 for 15 minutes at the luncheon to finish cooking it and reheat it at the same time so it doesnt dry it out...just a thought
