not yet, but i have read "Mere Christianity" by him . great book for the budding christian, should be preceeded by " Basic Christianity" by RW Stott

I'll be honest, I'm guessing most of the symbolism went way over my head. Wonder how close the movie was to the books.

I enjoyed re-reading the beginnings of Narnia.. My favorite is the lampost and how it came to be. I wish I could plant a 100 dollar bill and grow a money tree. Of course with the drought it would probably not even grow or burst into flames just as the bills were "ripe" LOL

the movie was very close to the book, and there is already talks, and planning for another movie - Prince Caspin. I am glad that they are doing the movies in published order - rather then the chronogolical order - the stories make more sense that way to those who never read them before

Arranging stories in chronological order often removes a good deal of the suspense and irony. Just look at LOTR.
