Swedish Hill Marechal Foch. Love it. I have a 2001 that I cracked open Sunday nite but couldn't finish it so I had to recork and refridgerate.

We used to buy it b/c it was inexpensive and usually buy 2 get 1 or something, but I don't like the grape skins that have been at the bottom of 99% of the bottles I've purchased. I prefer Optimus, even though it's twice as expensive.

Two Words..... RED CAT!!! It is a sweet red wine that is served chilled. It's from Hazlitt Winery. The best around as far as I am concerned.

I like Red Cat but it is a bit too sweet for me anymore. Its great for parties but Ive kind of lost my taste for it over the years/gallons. Has anyone here tried Golden Spumante from Goose Watch winery. Its an excellent sparkling white wine. We take a little bit of this in a glass and then add some Strawberry splendor. Its fantastic!!!!!

Don't forget the chant!!!~

Red Cat, Red Cat
It's an Aphrodisiac,
Red Cat, Red Cat,
It'll get ya in the sack!!!

We have to do the chant every time we visit Hazlitt on a wine tour........

I know... I just told it to some people from our lake campground who I got hooked on it last weekend. I am planning a wine tour for next spring for them.

Oh, yes I can see your bald spot and I am only 6' 1. And as far as my age, I am old enough to be her older brother. Yes she would want to compliment me, and laugh her A off at you...You and your 22 inch inseam, and doesn't the diner reserve the two end stools for that gigantic caboose?????

Aww Gee SJ, I had to check, no grapeskins in bottom of bottle. Must have hit it just right, unless they dissolved. Never tried Optimus. I usually have SvenskaRed and a Merlot of some kind.
Gee I sure wish I could really see Ovidian and Buddy. Probably both descriptions are wrong.
