Well I finally got my PCI card installed and running correctly.....But when I move my mouse to the right side of the moniter the mouse goes off the screen pretty far (i figured this out by dragging a window by it and the window was completely gone.
It's like the mouse doesn't know where the edge of the moniter is and it just keeps going.

Sounds like a problem with the screen resolution.

Do you only have 1 monitor?

Is it a Nvidia chipset card? If so you have to turn off the Nview or disable windows spanning.

Well there's your problem! Get yourself a few more monitors.

Or disable the video controller that you're not using. Either in the BIOS, or in device manager, or in the display properties.

Your problem lies in the fact that your computer is trying to use both video cards simultaneously to make one "big screen" span 2 monitors.
