North Dakota Sen. Kevin Cramer (R) on Sunday said it's "past time" for the White House to start transitioning to a Biden administration while also defending President Trump's decision to challenge the election's results.
"I frankly do think it's time, well, it's past time, to start a transition, to at least cooperate with a transition. I'd rather have a president who has more than one day to prepare should Joe Biden end up winning this," he said on NBC's "Meet the Press."
