After seeing Spectrum add increase on top of increase
call them and ask why they increased it
if they say it costs more just laugh
tell them that they have removed a large amount of on-demand programs since january 1, 2018
that must have saved them a large amount of money
the price to watch a one time movie 'rental' seems to have doubled
then point out that just about every other commercial is spectrum boasting about how great their service is
if their service is that great do they really need to tell it to their own customers?
tell them to save the millions they spend on their own self promotion advertising and use it to provide better more affordable services
the 'zombie' commercial they have running is the worst yet
if you have been a long time customer point that out
do not let them give you the old double talk routine
