So I was watching Rachel @maddow , as one does, and heard the bit about Bolton and Barr being worried that Trump is trading personal favors with international leaders in China, Turkey and elsewhere, and I got to say it feels like the Ukraine scandal was the tip of the iceberg.

There have been about 20 impeachment trials in the senate on presidents and judges. This will be the first one without witnesses.
