If they would have demanded the equivalent of Bolton’s testimony had a Democratic President done what Trump, GOP Senators must demand Bolton’s now. Not just “vulnerable” ones, but every decent American who believes in the rule of law & the Constitution.

If Watergate happened today, the tape would come out with Nixon discussing the coverup, Nixon would say there was no coverup, and the GOP would acquit Nixon because there was zero evidence of a coverup.

Schiff must make a motion to CJ Roberts for witnesses. As I’ve been saying all along, if Roberts grants the motion for witnesses (he will) & the Rs vote to overrule him (they might) that will (de facto) be obstruction of justice & accessory after the fact.

The Bolton Bombshell completely neuters Trump's legal defense. It's one thing when Democrats or their witnesses say Trump broke the law. It's entirely another when a CPAC keynoter, Fox News contributor, life long conservative, Trump picked NSA, first hand witness says it.

Glenn Kirschner (30 yr prosecutor) .....Bolton must testify. Executive privilege can’t be invoked to cover-up Trump’s crimes. How might Trump try to stop Bolton from testifying & further exposing his crimes? We probably need only ask the following question to find an answer: how would a dictator handle this situation?
