This needs to be totally re-writen otherwise people will be blowing in their neighbors for malfunctioning septic tanks, stinky wood stoves and BBQ grills, especially the chicken BBs !

They don't/can't enforce have the building/safety codes in the county now. Just look at all the junk cars and old buildings around the county. So we're going to pass a law the stop bad smells and expect them the hire new code enforcmeent officers to enforce it?

if the county tries to justify the law by claiming it will only be enforced against the landfill, the county is essentially admitting it passed an illegal bill of attainder. The landfill will sue and either the law gets struck down or it gets used against everyone, including the restaurants and other businesses noted in this article.

We all get it no one digs on the landfill but lets look at the facts here, someone is going to twist the heck outta this proposed "law".
