Because the former County Manager, with approval of the BOS, signed a 5 year contract. Hopefully, someone will figure out if it was a smart idea and cost effective before it comes up for renewal.

Shouldn't the savings in leasing opposed to buying be shared with the taxpayers who are footing the bill? Don't be vague with your comments. If we are saving money, I'm all for it. I want the numbers tho.
