there are several speeds available 15,30,60, and currently 100, the bundle you choose with X price is what they are selling..... Spectrum makes time warner look like a respectable company

did your first bill show the price lower for internet from spectrum other than the $64.48?

I would contact the district manager and have that person lower the price to what is shown on your first bill

the district manager can not dispute it because it is reflected on your last bill

With the way they have prorated services, this is the first bill I have received showing the new rates for services for phone and internet.

The website below has a current listing for Spectrum the shows 60 mbps and phone for my address $64.98 (that would be phone $19.99 and internet $44.99)

https://xfinity.bundledealer.com/BundleDealer/Offers#no-back

Spectrum Internet and Phone
$84.98
$64.98 / Month for 12 months
Download Speed: 60 Mbps
Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
Includes 3 Way Calling: Yes
Includes Caller ID: Yes

I was told when I called and complained that the only internet service in my area is 100 mbps. Thank you for the phone numbers. I am tired of playing games. It is a special offer for 12 months but $19.99 a month is better in my pocket than theirs. grin

when you call to complain tell spectrum that their own website states the speed is 60 mps at $44.99

also ask for a credit ($20 credit for a half hour and $40 credit for an hour) for your time you are on the phone with them to correct THEIR ERROR

if they refuse you a credit then ask for a supervisor

There were several ala carte packages that you could add to the Flex Pack. I found two packs for $6 each that added 17 more of my favorite channels.

ask Dish to drop the $6 charge for each

as a 'new' customer they are more likely to lower your rate to keep you

I don't feel bad about the $6 charges for the additional channels I wanted to include. The original service was their current special offer of a program package for $49. After a couple of weeks I decided I did not like the channels in that package. A simple phone call requesting a change in packages and they gave me a new package with the channels I wanted for $39. Then I added 2 ala carte packs at $6 each that gave me an additional 17 channels. So I now have all the channels I like and am happy. I also signed up for the auto pay plan that gave me a $5 monthly discount. Even with the problems with Spectrum I am still saving $38 a month. Now if I can just get another $20 out of Spectrum LOL.

If you need fast internet speeds, then forget any satellite connection. Latency is just to bad for real good speed.
