My Spectrum cable box is constantly crashing, or has to be unplugged and restarted to be able to change channels.
every time it crashes call them up and make sure you speak with a customer rep
do not let the automated system reboot the box - connect to a spectrum rep
have the rep reboot the box from their location and then ask them for a credit for wasting your time for having to call in for the problems they refuse to fix
if people do not complain spectrum will continue to abuse their customers
The spectrum app is freezing randomly or not updating.
not acceptable
Just because that wasn't a kick in the pants Spectrum "updated" my router greatly reducing my speed..... because of my other issues.
so they could not correct your tv cable box situation so they slowed down your router thereby giving you even less for what you are paying for
have them reduce your monthly bill
