Looking for a good contractor to have an upstairs bathroom put in. Reasonably priced of course. Seneca Falls area. Thanks

will it be going into an existing room or does there need to be an addition for it?

1/4,1/2,or full bath room? Shower, tub, sink or sinks, room size?
Type of material you'd like to use. Electrical work.
This all adds up fast Then staying to code might be an issue?

Just a toilet and sink. It would be going in to an existing spare bedroom that we just use for storage, so we thought we'd use part of that room. Getting to the age that going up and down the stairs to the bathroom at night is a real pain.

will the room you want to locate the new bathroom in be above the bathroom on the first floor or close to it?

it would make it less costly to connect to the 4" (toilet) sewer drain line

a macerator toilet may be beneficial if the new toilet drain line runs into an obstacle

the drain for the sink can also be run to the macerator toilet
