91-year-old with duct tape during Wayne County robbery
WOLCOTT, N.Y. -- A man used duct tape to tie up a 91-year-old man during a home invasion in Wayne County last month, the New York State Police said.
Christopher S. Perrin, 22, of Wolcott, was indicted by a Wayne County grand jury Monday on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree robbery, petit larceny and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
State police said that on Oct. 5 Perrin entered the home of a 91-year-old man on Draper Street in the village of Wolcott.
Perrin is accused of tying the man up in his living with duct tape and then stealing an undisclosed amount of cash. State police did not say how they identified Perrin as a suspect in the case.
