Trump wants it both ways with Cohen. What a joke they all are.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-cam...ory?id=54831269

The Trump campaign has spent nearly $228,000 to cover some of the legal expenses for President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen, sources familiar with the payments tell ABC News, raising questions about whether the Trump campaign may have violated campaign finance laws.

Federal Election Commission records show three payments made from the Trump campaign to a firm representing Cohen. The “legal consulting” payments were made to McDermott Will and Emery — a law firm where Cohen's attorney Stephen Ryan is a partner — between October 2017 and January 2018.

Cohen has said that he did not have a formal role in the Trump campaign, and it is illegal to spend campaign funds for personal use – defined by the FEC as payments for expenses “that would exist irrespective of the candidate’s campaign or responsibilities as a federal officeholder.”

"They're on shaky legal ground," said Stephen Spaulding, chief of strategy at the nonprofit watchdog group Common Cause. "It sounds like they are really pushing the envelope … If the campaign were to say they are campaign-related payments, then maybe it's okay to use campaign funds. But he can't have it both ways."

https://www.yahoo.com/news/michael-avenatti-stunned-rudy-interview-063620840.html

Michael Avenatti, attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels, said Rudy Giuliani’s stunning Wednesday night interview on Fox News will doom the presidency of Donald Trump.

Giuliani told Sean Hannity that Trump repaid his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, for the $130,000 sent to Daniels as part of a nondisclosure agreement, something the president has previously denied. Daniels claims the agreement kept her from discussing her alleged affair with Trump.

In response, Avenatti told “CNN Tonight” that Trump could face “potential criminal liability” related to money laundering, campaign finance and fraud violations.

“I said it weeks ago, I’m going to say it again: Mr. Trump will not serve out his term,” Avenatti said. “No way. No how. He will be forced to ultimately resign. This is a bombshell.”

So true, I currently have in my possession, a 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge, the day it was sold new in Palmyra NY to a Walworth residence, it cost $3128.00 but the previous owner and myself maintaining it with some occasional upkeep, it's now worth 50K. Buying it just at the right time and having all the right conditions is the key. This idiot somehow thinks that he effected the market by his inventions & concepts, which escape the logic of most financial experts. smile

For those of us who worked for Giuliani 30+ years ago, his decline over the past 10 years has been sad and embarrassing to watch. His recent unhinged attacks — on the FBI, Comey, Mueller, the SDNY—have brought him to the lowest point yet.

United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley said President Donald Trump’s communication style is not something she can defend.

In an interview with CBS’ Sunday Morning, Haley said she is able to be outspoken with the president when she disagrees with him but could not defend the way he communicates.

“First of all, he has his communication style, but you're not hearing me defend that,” she told Rita Braver in response to a question about what she says to those who believe the president’s behavior is reprehensible.

"What I will tell you is, if there is anything that he communicates in a way that I'm uncomfortable with, I pick up the phone and call him, and I tell him that. And I think that's something that he deserves from me,” Haley added.

The former South Carolina governor also weighed in on the ongoing Russia probe, rejecting the idea that the president should attempt to put an end to the investigation.

RTX5TXCD Nikki Haley said she wouldn't defend Donald Trump's communication style. Reuters

Previously, Trump commented that he has been told to dismiss special counsel Robert Mueller, also referring to the Russia investigation as a “witch hunt” and “fake news” on a number of occasions.

Of late, the president said he would “love” nothing more than to sit down for an interview with the special counsel, the New York Post reported, in order to prove “we have done nothing wrong.”

But despite Haley commenting that the investigation should conclude quickly, she batted away the idea that the president should intervene to bring a halt to the probe.

"No, not at all,” she replied to a question on whether Trump should shut down the investigation.

“I mean, anything that comes like this, it should play its part. It should go through the process. But they need to do it quickly. For the good of the country this investigation needs to happen quickly,” she added.

Porn star Stormy Daniels is chipping away at President Donald Trump ― in more ways than one.

According to an upcoming Penthouse interview, people are showing up at strip clubs where Daniels (aka Stephanie Clifford) is dancing and paying her to stomp on Cheetos.

Clifford said she was at a strip club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, when a large number of gay men came to her with bags of Cheetos in hand and offered her $20 if she would stomp on the orange puffs, according to a sneak preview of the interview given to the Daily Beast.

A true capitalist, Clifford, who claims to have had an affair with Trump in 2006, took the money and smashed up Cheetos scattered on the stage into orange powder with her high-heeled shoes.

Don’t get the connection? Many people believe the snack food resembles Trump’s skin tone. Comedian Patton Oswalt has described the president as a “racist scrotum dipped in Cheeto dust.”

That’s not the only titillating Trump tidbit in the interview:

Clifford also told Penthouse that Trump’s comb-over is his real hair but that, in intimate moments, it moves “kind of like a drunken cockatoo.”

Republicans are scammers. President Obama inherited a recession and took stock market from 7,000 to 20,000, unemployment rate from 8.3% to 4.6%, consumer confidence from 25.3 to 107.1, ended IRAQ war and crippled ISIS. Donald Trump is just trying to take credit #TuesdayThoughts
