Does anyone remember Super Ford Magazine that used to be printed here in Seneca Falls?

I do. I may even have a couple old issues stored away in my archives. I used to be into old Fords but had to get out of it when we started having kids.

It was the brain-child of John Paradise.

If I remember correctly, he operated out of the old Kibbey Machine (Mainly Brakes) building.

I do. John Paradise started it. He was my age, and may still be. IDK, and it's getting so I'm almost afraid to inquire about classmates I haven't seen for many years decades. I remember him as a good man.

He sold it to Peterson Publishing, and it turned into just one more of the many Mustang mags, is about all I could Google. It seems that many still fondly remember Super Ford V 1.0, though.

Yes that's the name. I couldn't remember. And yes you are right on the location. I stopped there one day to look at an old Galaxie, met John, had a nice chat with him and signed up for a subscription. I don't remember how long it ran for.

Seems to me Doug Auer (spelling) had some connection with John. Doug was also with WSFW radio at the time. The last time I saw John was in 1992. He was selling Tee shirts out of a big trailer, and had a bike he took to a few shows. He had at least one Thunderbolt, that would wake up the neighbor hood. It was music to my ears.

In about 1976 or 77 John Paradise built that "Warlord" Mustang show car. I sold him the Webber carburetor setup he used on it. He really tried to work me down on the price but I stood my ground and got what they were worth at the time. They are priceless now. I wish I had just stored them away until now.

I had and may still have some early issues of Super Ford. After he sold it, the magazine went into the toilet as far as I'm concerned. He a black 60 Starliner and a light blue 61 Galaxie that were both built up. Lethal I and Lethal II if I recall the license plates correctly.
