Loc: Seneca Falls, NY 		Had lunch this afternoon at the new kitchen at Hotel Clarence. The food was excellent and much improved over the previous management. Been searching for a tasty burger in Seneca Falls area and finally found it. I have tried them all. Came with a large salad or big plate of fries and it was delicious. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent.

Loc: Seneca County 		Had lunch there with a couple friends a few weeks back. I had the salmon sandwich with a beautiful side salad. We all enjoyed our lunches and agree that the price wasn't too bad.

Loc: ny 		yeah its not bad.... but i don't believe it is better than it used to be. Not arguing... just my opinion... or it just might be my bad luck... my burger has always come over cooked... I wish them well.... but there are better burgers in the area... (again, just my opinion)

Loc: NY 		Agreed, wish them luck but they lost our business a long time ago.

They need to stick with one concept. In this town people give restaurants one chance and the Clarence blew it in the beginning with their smokehouse menu and design.

Each and every time we have been the food was lacking as was the service.

Loc: ny 		yep, i know as a local here... anything new i like to give it a chance... if its new, i understand what comes with a "new" business... i have given them a few chances... its a great space to go for a drink... and again, i wish them all the best.... I have my burger place in the area... and i will keep it!
