Loc: NY 		Does anyone know what happened to the mcdonalds in SF/Waterloo area? I saw a sign on burger king that just made me laugh and then drove by mcdonalds and it was shut down....

Loc: Waterloo, NY 		It's been in the paper-the building was built in 1974 (I think) and they are knocking it down and putting up a new one-kinda like the new one in Geneva with 2 drive-thrus. They should reopen at the beginning of the summer.

What does BK sign say? I'll have to drive by and look. Actually I ate one of their fish sandwiches the other day and it tasted better than McD's!!! No foolin! I'm sure BK and Taco bell/KFC will be making some money while McD's is closed.

Before anyone jumps on me for posting, the shift manager was notified immediately and did little to help. Corporate was notified and we got a phone call and an apology for the manager's lack of concern.

The goal of McDonald's is to keep people outside in their cars hence the dual drive thru and new design, smaller.

The captive audience (kids) come for the toys, not the playground.

The McDonald's in Geneva has doubled it's sales with the new design.

Loc: New York State, Seneca County 		I don't like the new McD's in Geneva, too small inside. Guess they are catering to drive-thruers.

Was traveling west towards Waterloo this noon hour, and the entrance & exit to BK was very busy and one must be very cautious in that area with the increased business at BK.

Yesterday, driving in the same area, a fellow was driving his truck out of BKs and onto 5&20 while on his cell phone and he was laughing away. All on-coming vehicles were in control and slowed down to a near stop.

NICE GOING FELLOW. Oh he looked about 30 years old. Can't blame the seniors on this one.

The purpose of the two drive thrus is because business will increase. People are to lazy to get out of their car anymore if they don't have to.

Silver Fox was being quite polite when telling you about our experience at that store.

Since you will not let it go I'll tell you what kind of an experience we had. The burger had something in it that it was not suppose to be there. It was not handled at the store as it should have, so we went to Corp. to get it dealt with.
