Loc: ny 		We need to support the sfpd. They will be asking the town board for a bunch of new positions. It is about time we tell the board that we want this. The board already turned down their new cars.

Loc: ny 		Good!! How about a new position of unemployment. The sheriffs and troopers can more then cover the area . They can be parking police, bc the only thing they dont screw up is writing simple traffic tickets.

I don't wanna give his name on here but he said they need a lot more people and the board won't give them anything. They are driving cars with over 50,000 miles on them. He told me that they need 4-5 officers per shift and 2-3 investigators to keep the officers safe.

Since WHEN is driving a vehicle with 50K miles a bad thing??? My truck has 106,000 and runs like a top!

4-5 officers per shift!!??!! Is Nice-n-Easy aware of this???? They are going to need more coffee pots! \:\/

Loc: GOD's 1/2 acre 		Cars with 50,000 miles on them, that's just broke in. I'm driving a truck with 225,000 miles on it, it still runs fine. Maintenance is important. We all knew as soon as the Dissolution got wrapped up, there would be a cry for more officers and cars, why do you think they made so many of them Sergeants before the Village dissolved. The budget is about to double

Also I mean rumors; yep I’m related is a rumor. Bull…I don’t care who is your second cousin third time removed, who heard it from Dan who drinks coffee, with Sheila and now serves coffee to my brother, who knew the Chief cause he wrote him a ticket once.
Show us excerpts from the board meeting minutes, that’s all public record. You people on here have never even been to a board meeting. I have. And I will bet you’re missing a one from in front of that, mileage statement. I know that’s true, because, I am really friends with someone that knows someone, who’s related.
And why another thread on this, hasn’t there been like 20 already………… geez

Now you want more cops and more cars……Hum why would anyone with a brain not think you are just starting more internet lies, rumors, ect.
So the sudden change? What where you on the outs with your “relation” in January and now your not?
Or did you realize that they really do a good job and your thoughts are genuine? One is only left to wonder I guess.
Just so you know my opinion if anyone cares which I am sure they don’t. I think SFPD is needed; they do a good job (always room to improve with anything). Cappozzi did them no favors; he left them with run down equipment, cars with over a 100k, computers running windows 98. So do they need stuff sure, any company does to keep current. IMHO

Loc: Seneca Falls NY 		Who cares what the mileage is on your vehicle, if your vehicle breaks down it's not important, not like your going to save a life or something. The point is emergency vehicles need to be replaced when they get older, They have to be reliable...I don't know what everyone is crying about, i just drove by the Syracuse Police Dept. garage on Erie BLVD and they have 50 police units sitting along the fenceline brand new not even in service yet.

I work 50 plus hours a week, so idk where u get your unemployment info from. But thanks for playing. And i dont see how their cars could possibly need to be replaced with as much time as they spend parked in the nice and easy parking lot.
