The last I knew there was a public dog area behind the Trinity Church on S. Main Street. I haven't been there with my dog in a few years as my running companion passed on.

This says it all. We where down at the lake, today. Enjoying our lunch.. It was great to see people with pups, obey the lease law. I would not be here today, if it where not for that. Many years ago, a Boxer tried to attack me, but his owner had a great grip and I am here today, because that was the law then also.. I was only 9yrs old.
years back a dog ran out in front of my car while the owner was present on the sidewalk! I gave the owner my name and phone number, The dog did not make it so the owner called me and wanted me to pay for the dog! I called the police dept. and asked about a leash law in Geneva and the officer on the desk reply was Geneva does not have a leash law but a controlled animal law This happened about ten years ago law may have changed since then
