In addition to the abouve mentioned channels I also get 8 & 56. All usually come in crystal clear with the rooftop antenna. The only time we have issues is if the wind is blowing it can make the picture blurred. Not a big issue for free TV.

As far as internet in the country you can get Wild Blue, Hughes Net, Sprint, Cricket, Verizon, ATT, Clear Wire, Virgin Mobile and many others. Some use satellite dish others are USB's, or you can toggle your phone to your computer. We use the Sprint but buy it from Millenicom on an unlimeted plan for $70/month. We am using a 3G/4G USB with no contract. We can quit their service at anytime with no penalties. We also use an external & internal antenna with a booster as cell phone signal is weak for all carriers in our area. Internet runs very fast. No problems downloading movies or videos. It is all in what you prefer.

We have a Virgin Mobile USB that also has unlimited internet for $40/month and no contract that we use when traveling so that we don't take the internet from those at home. We find they have a little worse reception so we only pay & use it for the times we are traveling.

We use a router to give the entire house wireless internet service. There are times when we have 6-7 devices using internet with no slowdown. The big issue with the USB's is they get hot and slow down. We just run a fan on it and it is fine. We have never been throttled for over use of bandwidth(but then it is unlimited service and they only investigate if you go over 50gb). We run less than 5gb/month with lots of downloads including netflix movies.

We gave up the Netflix DVD subscription since we can stream them.

If so, what antenna are you using to receive them?

I added an antenna like yours to my system. I don't get any additional channels. The only thing different is I don't lose any reception when geese land in the field near my house.

I think your antenna probably has greater range than mine. I would guess all you could do is improve the signal received, but not get more range.
