So how is everybody enjoying this beautiful warm weather we've been having? We have several days ahead with temps in the 60's and some 70's in the near future. It's time to get out and enjoy it, breathe in that fresh air and bask in the sunlight.
Lilac's usually bloom in the first to second week of May, when they have the Lilac Festival in Rochester. Although some years they haven't been out by that time if the winter has held on. This year, if this weather keeps up - they'll be out probably by the end of April.

I know how you feel. My Stella D'Oro day lillies are about to bloom in their pots. I was going to do it right and make a proper bed this year, with a cultivator from WM for $98 that is out of stock. I may have to bite the bullet and get it from Amazon for $128, since it's the one I want.

I'm so confused. Should I uncover the deck furniture? If I do will I be sorry next week? Is Spring here to stay or is this all a dream? Is it time to unpack the summer clothes and pack up the winter clothes? What to wear, oh what to wear?
Loving this weather but so afraid Mother Nature is only kidding. I can never remember having so many signs of spring and warm weather so early. Wasn't it just a couple of years ago that we had so much cold rainy days that it seemed like we were never going to get warm whether?
Is it really only March? The furnace is off and the windows are open.
