On another subject you seem to shy away from how do you think the chief paying himself a salary should be handled?

You are so wrong. He gave them the outlet and solution but it was not in agreement with the good ole boyes club it was ignored. So, now we are where we are.

OK, let's take a moment, identify the word volunteer, which means sacrificing without pay. Did the chief's do that, no, they didn't. They took from what was due to the rank and file who deserved it more than they did. BW and son need to be banished!!!!

Who was the LOSAP guru at the time???? I feel so sorry for the rank and file that got screwed because he "the LOSAP" guru was not only disingenuous and making money "commission" from selling the insurance program, but he was lying and not following the program as the state set it up! Read the law as the voters agreed to be followed, which the guru decided not to follow and then you will have a chance to realize just how bad he is. He taught his son well. He's a documented liar also!
