IDK, I was just wondering I guess. Maybe if someone didn't eat or didn't want to eat garlic everyday. But, I agree - I love it, especially homemade garlic bread, MMMMM MMMMMM!!! Now I have a hankering for some homemade sauce and homemade garlic bread

It might be practical in some cases to take supplements. But for garlic, with it being so cheap to buy and easy to grow, unless you cannot stand the taste of garlic there isn't really a practical reason for taking a supplement for it.

I had gone through the post. Honey is a sweet food made by bees using nectar from flowers. The variety produced by honey bees is the one most commonly referenced, as it is the type of honey collected by beekeepers and consumed by humans. Honey produced by other bees and insects has distinctly different properties. It is one of the best and top food recommended for health growth at all ages. It is used in various foods and beverages as a sweetener and flavouring. It also has a role in religion and symbolism. Flavors of honey vary based on the nectar source, and various types and grades of honey are available. It is also used in various medicinal traditions to treat ailments.

Although I am partial, local Waid's Honey is the best. And as someone mentioned above, related to allergies, instead of eating honey, try harvested bee pollen. Wonderful stuff!

Do they have garlic supplements? I thought they did, I wonder how much garlic they contain.
You can get dried whole garlic powder caps, powdered extract caps, or oil extract caps, in a wide range of amounts.
There are odorless garlic supplements, and for those who want a high dose, supplements are perhaps the easiest route.
But, as was said, it's tasty and easy to grow (I've grown hard neck), and it's not hard to eat a clove or two a day as a snack, if you don't feel like adding it to a meal.
