$100.00 reward for information leading to the safe return of my cat, Artemus.
Arty was last seen behind 5 Rumsey Street in Seneca Falls. He is not familiar with this area. He answers to "Artemus," or "Arty." He is part Siamese male, baby blue eyes, off-white with shades of orange on his ears, feet and testicles. If you find him, please call 315.745.9518 or Shultz Animal Shelter 315.539.9357. Pics below.

I doubt the cat would make it's way to my neck of the woods but if it did and I found it, I'd return it for free. $100 isn't going to make or break me.

I suggest you get a laser pointer and shine it around on the ground in you neighborhood at night. Our cat "Snickers" got out last night and for a few minutes we had no idea where he was. I took a laser pointer out and started running the laser dot up and down the driveway. Snickers came out from under one of our cars and started chasing the laser dot. I brought him right up to me with the dot, scooped him up and brought him back in the house. I use the laser pointer to play with him in the house. He chases it everywhere and it is good exercise for him.

Merry Christmas all. Last night, a friend of my son's shows up at my door with a Christmas present. I asked, "okay, what do you need." He said "nothing, I'm all set." "Why did you get me a present." "Just because." Wow, that was so nice of him. Thank you MH!!!! Then a little later I got a phone call from a lady who got my flyer. She told me about a spot where there are ferrel cats and she invited me over to look.
Then I wake up this morning and think about Arty out there cold with nothing to eat. And I remember the cat chasing me down the street meowing as I was calling Arty. (I thought to myself, he's got to belong to someone. I already have three cats at home, two of which were starving cats that just showed up on my step.) The cats searching for food in a restaurant's dumpster. The stories of poor people feeding ferrel cats when they hardly have enough for themselves. I felt sad that we are all going to eat these wonderful meals today and Arty and these cats are starving. So I got out the roast beef and gravy that has been sitting in my fridge for a week, that I was going to throw out today, put it in the crock pot and I am going to take it to two places today where I know there are ferrel cats that are hungry.
I want to thank everyone who has read these posts, is looking for Arty, will look for Arty, wished me a Merry Christmas and were so kind to me and took the time to look at his photos. Only one person slammed the door in my face after I wished her a Merry Christmas.
After you enjoy that delicious beef, ham or turkey, will you start a conversation with your family and friends about community ferrel feeding stations? Have a great day folks.

Amen Della! Feeding ferals is fine but you need to fix the underlying problem which is procreation. Unless ferals are spayed & neutered the problem will continue

Unfortunately there is no cure for stupid, so you will get posts hijacked on this forum constantly by the same people.
I hope you find Arty soon. If I drive through that area I will be looking. Good luck.

If you know of someone intentionally harming animals plz call your local Humane Society I believe they have investigators and they may want to watch this or these individuals for a bit. I knew of someone who use to shoot cats for fun... I blew him in right after I had a little chat with him. I have NO tolerance for cruelty to animals. No you don't have to give your name ,just all the info and address of the perpetrator/s. Sending blessings and hope you find your beloved Artey.
