I think that might be b/c it would be difficult to keep the blades turning at a safe speed, if the wind is too high.

Nice try and weasel your way out of that statement. Everybody knows what you meant. Of course they are going to lock at high wind it's a safety issue. Your car is meant to only go so fast safely isn't it.

Everything can be unsafe. How about spraying chemicals in the air for all in Geneva to breath do you think that's safe?

I would never want to speak for you. Some of your theories are to far out for me!

Since you insist bringing up windmills over and over and over...in the interest of trying to better understand, please tell me what exactly the point is that you are trying to make by doing so?
Is it that if one opposes something which in the end winds up happening anyway - do you think they should simply give up caring about and taking a stand for anything else - ever?
To keep saying these things just doesn't make sense. You can tell me again to just not read your remarks, but honestly - what is your point?
People care about things - often times passionately so. We win some fights and we lose some - that doesn't stop us from caring, not about the windmills, hydrofracking, the coal mining in West Virginia and other causes.

Some company put up wind turbines here in Geneva. The area is rated a marginal wind energy area but they put them up anyways.
He loves them and thinks they will change the world like gasification, fracking and landfills. When I said they wouldnt spin he took it literally and attempts to discredit me all the time like a broken record. I have no idea what the guardian rant means.

They will change the world as solar will to. What a schmuck you are now trying to say you didn't mean it when you said the windmills won't turn. You meant it and you know it. Be a man and admit you were wrong. I can post some more of your posts showing you meant it if you want me to. It's all about credibility and yours doesn't look to good now especislly if you try and weasel your way out of your statements. You know what the Guardian comments are about but your trying to distance yourself from them to. For those who don't. When Guardian Glass was proposing to build a plant in Geneva in the late 90's all the local activists formed a group trying to stop it from being built. They stated that air pollution from the plant would kill all the vegetation, acidify the lakes killing all the fish and destroy the area and tourism forever. It's been 14 years now and everything is still fine. We still have vegetation, fish and tourism plus over 300 well paying jobs that wouldn't have been here if people had listened to all the activist crap. Of course people like Genevan are so arrogant that when you point out their mistakes they aren't man enough to admit to them.

I am not familiar with the Guardian issue so I will simply say - If it was 14 years ago - let it go.

As for credibility - written words that include name calling and mud slinging say a lot about a person's character. For this purpose, I am specifically speaking to you with regard to your posts. Use all the different names you want to post on here - it doesn't change anything. I suspected right off that you were the infamous brainman. Apparently from what I've read others knew it as well and also know of other names you use. Those things, in my opinion, all take away your credibility.

Here are some ideas for your future names; "Copy and Paste King" "Captain Mudslinger". Those should hold you over for a little while anyway.

For now, I will ( likely foolishly ) ask you once again to let it go - the windmills, Guardian and whatever other PAST and irrelevant issues you have on your chest.

The thing is they are not irrelevant. They show a history of how people like you operate. You throw out a laundry list of accusations against companies and business and try to stop them from doing business. In the end all these accusations and theories never materialize and the business encounter needless expenses because of activists like you. This is one of the reasons why costs are so high for business in NY.
