Inergy wants confidential ruling for project READING—The firm Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC has submitted an appeal on behalf of Inergy to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation concerning the company’s quantitative risk analysis (QRA). Inergy, parent company of Finger Lakes LPG Storage, had agreed to do a QRA of its proposed $40 million liquid petroleum gas storage and transfer facility in Reading. However, Inergy also wanted that QRA to be kept confidential when it was submitted on March 9. The DEC initially ruled the document would not be confidential, but gave Inergy time to file an appeal. Linda Vera, DEC citizen specialist, said Bond Schoeneck & King submitted that appeal on March 29 and that it is currently under review; no date is available for when the review will be complete. David Bimber, DEC regional permit administrator, previously explained Inergy’s “letter did not adequately support withholding the (QRA) document from public disclosure.” He said Inergy claimed the QRA contained confidential commercial information and/or critical infrastructure data. He said that infrastructure information is kept confidential to prevent vandalism or terrorism. However, after looking at the document Bimber said the state “disagreed with both ascertains on the part of the company.”

Next you had better make sure your statements are accurate before you run your mouth. Your statements will follow you forever. Can't dismiss them can you? I won't let you forget!

The numbers speak for themselves. Oh I forgot you have trouble interpretating numbers. Remember the wind data and saying the windmills will never turn. OOOOOOPSY ON YOUR PART! LOL!

It doesn't matter if they are a few hundred feet off the ground or not. 5 year return, LOL. Notice how there is no discussion of local meteorology and generation rates?
