Not really about pizza but...Cherry tomatoes, cut in half and roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper at 400 degrees. I let them go about 30-40 minutes, so good I can't stand it. I usually make a sauce with garlic, crushed red pepper, olive oil, chicken stock, small can of tomato sauce, and throw the roasted tomatoes and some fresh spinach in at the end.
