Stalker who the hell would wanna watch her? No stalking here just people who know she is where she deserves to be and its about time she got it. She has disruppted many lives and now for at least a little bit everyone can relaxe knowing she isnt on the street!

That's funny. When you first asked if she had a stalker, I thought you meant like you were available to stalk her. Go right ahead! You'll soon find out that's there's no such thing. There's no one stalking that one. She's pretty much W I D E open.

How would you consider it old news? Unfortunately for those of us who have had or know people who have had to deal with her in the past would not consider this anywhere near old!
Its been a long time coming! I do although agree that the judges should do a better job, Jessica has been walking the streets far to long! And I know there are still alot of people out there who should be where she is, everyone gets what they deserve in the end.

Update: this person has just been convicted of Grand Larceny and Violation of an order of protection. Will be a guest of the Seneca County Correctional Facility until June 2010.

. I think the ADA dropped the ball on this one, guess he had bigger fish to fry....message here: steal $5000.00 from your relatives AND break a order of protection = 6 months in jail. Better than nothing I guess

You know Yetta, that would be her MO wouldn't it. To my knowledge she's not, but she just might surprise everyone! She's lost custody of her 2 yr.old so..............

It just boggles the mind that she's only been sentenced to 6 months..yea she's doing time right now for another crime, and this newest stunt of hers will put her away until June, but as far as I'm concerned there should be a special place for someone who would make the decision to plot and steal and forge $5000.00 in personal checks from her own Grandparents. Seriously how low does your moral compass have to point to do something like that? Really......
Oh well, she'll be out next summer and then she can start the entire process again, maybe she'll pull something that will get her state time....

Wouldn't "until June 2010" be more than "six momths"?
