1 lb bulk pork sausage
4 medium zucchini
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz sour cream
4 cups chicken flavor stuffing
1/3 cup butter melted
In a 12 inch skillet cook sausage until brown, drain
meanwhile quarter zucchini lenghwise, cut each quarter crosswise into 1/2 inch slices, add zucchini to skillet
In a small bowl combine soup & sourcream; stir into saus-zucc mixture. Set aside. In a large bowl combine stuffing and melted butter.
Lightly coat a 3quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon half of the stuffing mixture into the prepared dish. Spread sausage mixture over stuffing. Spoon remaining stuffing evenly over the top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until heated through.
